A split-level apartment of 200 sq.m redesigned as an all-round assignment by the Mandala agency. On the upper level, an ambitious approach for the reception rooms set east-west, giving priority to natural light, acoustic, thermal and ergonomic comfort. A collection of artworks astutely enhances perspectives. A real focal point at the heart of the apartment, the indoor staircase gradually leads to more intimate atmospheres. The private areas on the lower floor are clad with designer furniture and carpets. Installed as a bedhead, the exceptional screen with dragonfly patterns in silver and gold leaf is signed Caroline Besse.
